In that same draft Adrian Gonzalez (Eastlake HS, Chula Vista, Calif.) went No. 1, as well as other names: Rocco Baldelli (No. 6; TB), Joe Borchard (No. 12; CWS), Chase Utley (No. 15; PHI), Chris Bootcheck (No. 20; LAA), Boof Bonser (No. 21; SF) and Adam Wainwright (No. 29; ATL). Now he plays for the Omaha Royals and because of arm injuries has changed positions. [details]
